** For both DDN and C-B Times, Don Eadie highly suggests that we call these individuals before we send them an article, then call them again after we send it to make sure they have received it. He feels this will (1) help them realize that we are serious about getting the article run and (2) get their insights into how the article is written and whether or not they received it and if it is the type of information they will likely run.
There is a form provided by the Cable Council on which the announcement is to be submitted. It can be accessed at www.mvcc.net then emailed, mailed or faxed.
