The mission of our youth ministry is to make disciples of all nations. We do this through the following five ministry areas: Hospitality, Worship, Faith Development, Risk-taking Mission & Service, Generosity.
Hospitality - We welcome all 6th through 12th graders to be in community with us.
Our fellowship time is our Sunday evening "Youth Group" meeting.
Worship - We praise God, recognizing who He is, what He has done for us, and what He will continue to do for us. We worship at 11:00 AM on Sundays, providing leadership on the first Sunday of each month.
Faith Development - We go deeper in our understanding of the Bible and what it means for us today. Sunday School classes are held at 9:30 AM on Sundays. We also have a confirmation class and seasonal Bible studies.
Risk-taking Mission & Service - We risk being comfortable by going out into the world serving God and others. Our mission-focused small group provides leadership for all youth to serve throughout the year. This includes East Dayton ministries and a summer mission week. We also participate in World Vision’s 30-Hour Famine.
Generosity - We give our time, talents, gifts, service and witness. Our goal is to be generous with each other in all our ministries and this has given a welcoming, family feel to our youth ministry.
