Normandy Youth Happenings for May

May 2-3- Making Tea Breads.  Please look for emails to sign up for shifts.

May 4- We have a busy day!

·         9:30-10:30- first Sunday worship service in Fellowship Hall from 9:30-10:30 AM.

·         Selling tea breads after services

·         Senior Dinner from 6:00 - 7:30 PM in Fellowship Hall.  All teens are invited to attend to bid farewell to our seniors.

May 11- No Youth! Happy Mothers day!

May 18- Small Group dinner and Bible study.  Boys meet at the church from 5:00 - 7:00 PM and the girls meet from 5:15-7:15 PM at Jiniffer’s house.

May 25- No youth! Have a safe and fun Memorial Day weekend.

On Sunday, April 13 the teens and their parents held a pancake breakfast fundraiser to help the children of North Katanga .  Once again the members of the church have showed us how generous they are.  We raised over $1,000!!!  We are so excited because not only can we purchase soccer balls, dolls, trucks, and   toiletries we will also have enough money to purchase much needed bicycles.

COLLEGE BOUND STUDENTS

Normandy Scholarship applications are now available in the church office and from Jiniffer Harbour .

All applicants/and or parents must be members of Normandy Church . Applicants must have already been accepted at an accredited four year college or university (this includes transfers from a junior college). All applicants must show financial need. All applications must be submitted by June 1.
